Another Cool Tool

Thanks to Alan at CogDogBlog for sharing this resource. The new tool allows you to create and email postcards using your images in Flickr. Flickr is a free on-line photo storage site that has a lot of neat features. You can store, tag, share your photos for free. It is also a good resource for photos that are in the public domain or common use. Check the information next to the photo. There are a lot of neat features in Flickr. The new tool that takes advantage of Flickr is Delivr.

Delivr accesses your Flickr account and allows you to create postcards using your pictures. You  can then email the postcard to your friends. A sample postcard is shown below. Try out Delivr and  Flickr. I think you will enjoy using these tools.

Hello Jim

I've just added a post to my blog which lists a few of the things you can do with Flickr... and then I read this post about Delivr. Now the dilema - do I edit the post or does Delivr merit a new one all on its own? Hmm! Too busy with marking just now, I'll have to decide later. :-)
